Social Camogie

Last Tuesday, 27 May marked the first ever match of Social Camogie in Limerick. Cappamore and Galbally social camogie ladies were the first teams to take part at Cappamore GAA field. The storey made it to the Limerick Leader. Click on the following link:

The news also made it to the Vale Star newspaper for the Charleville/South Limerick region.

Both teams were very competitive which made for an entertaining game of camogie. Whilst scores are not recorded, it would be fair to say that there was only a puck of a ball between them at the end! A return match in Galbally is proposed on 10 June.

Well done Cappamore Social camogie ladies!
