Well done to the intermediate team on reaching the Intermediate hurling championship County Quarter final played Sunday, 21 September against Na Piarsaigh.
Unfortunately, the team were defeated on a scoreline of 2 – 20 : 1 - 15 and are now out of the championship.
U14 Camogie County Final
Hard luck to the U14 camogie team who lost to Doon in the Division 3 County Plate final on Saturday, 13 September.
The team and coaches have done great work throughout the year but unfortunately came up against a stronger Doon team on the day.
U14 Football County Final
Congratulations to Pallasgreen on winning the Gaelic Football County B Shield Field.
There were several girls from Cappamore on the panel. Well done to the Cappamore girls.
Limerick Gaelic Masters
Hard luck to Diarmuid Sheehy (Club Treasurer) and the Limerick Masters Gaelic Football team on their loss in the All Ireland Gaelic Masters Challenge Cup Final held on Saturday 6 September.
Social Camogie
Cappamore Social Camogie team travelled to Erins Isle GAA Club, Finglas on Saturday, 20 September to take part in the National Social Camogie blitz along with 30 other teams from around Ireland.
Cappamore had 23 ladies representing the club, playing four matches against Kilmacud Crokes, Padraig Sarsfields and Thomas Davis GAA club twice.
A great day of camogie, fun and laughter was had by all which reiterates what social camogie is all about.
